• Send transactional emails (payment confirmations, trial reminders, password resets).
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Render. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Render: application hosting and database.
• Sentry: error monitoring.
• New Relic: performance monitoring.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.
